It’s good to be able to receive emails from patients via web encounters. But does anyone know how to reply to a patient Web encounter via the eclinimobile app? All I can do if forward it to another staffer. That means in real world, I cannot respond to patients emails in a fast efficient manner.
How do I respond via eclinimobile?
Or is there a Healow admin app that allows me to respond?

I’m a potential eCW user here wondering if anyone uses eClinicalMobile to capture charges for hospital/out-of-office encounters? Just wondering how well this work for you, especially if you have multiple providers rounding at multiple hospitals? Are you able to create a rounding list that you can share with other providers in the group? I’m hoping eClinicalMobile works well enough that I don’t need to use a 3rd partying rounding/charge capture app such as pMD or DocsInk.

I do not know about you, but paying $25/mo when we should be able to log into eCW via Chrome on an ipad Pro makes me crazy when ALL the features of eCW are not on the Ipad.
I have a list of thingsI can’t find on the iPad that I can’t find. If others have found work arounds on the ipad, I would appreciate it.
I am finding that I have to keep logging into eCW via Chrome (10e so far) to get these things done:
1. I can’t send a prescription from a telephone/web encounter that I generate. I have to have a staff person send me a Telephone encounter and then the ‘send’ button shows up.
2. I can’t sent a patient a text (i.e. to check the portal; Rx was sent) via the ipad.
3. I can’t pull up my list of favorite CPT codes and have been told I would have to hand enter into a template/quick note. What about other times I see someone who doesn’t ‘fit’ into a quick note?
Please let me know if you can do any of these things!

I have a provider who needs to edit and add Auto-Text in ECW scribe. But I was told that I need Speech Anywhere to edit the Auto-Text. I can’t find the user name or password and the tickets I have placed come back with we will reach out to sales for you. Anyone have any idea on how I could find the user name and password? Or should I contact the Dragon representative.

It would be nice to have the ability to “Review & Lock” PA notes from the mobile app. Currently, I can only lock them, then have to go back to the normal EMR app to click “OK” for the note to be “Addressed”. It seems like a minor tweak to give us this ability and would make life much more convenient. Consideration would be appreciated.

We are using eClinicalMobile and one provider is not able to use it to dictate within our clinic, but at home she has no difficulties. I assume it’s because our internet in the office is so bad…but I’m not sure. Does anyone have any thoughts on settings? She’s using a Galaxy Samsung
I have been enjoying using mobile speech anywhere to dictate HPI and Treatment Instructions
I cannot figure out how to get ICD 10s into the note from dictation.
I go to the schedule.
Choose a patient I want to dctate
Select Assessment from the little menu on the side and select Assessment
I know most of the codes that I use regularly.
I treat a lot of diabetics so I may want to use E11.65 or E11.42 or E11.22 etc
I have yet to make them show up in the note.
I am using speech Anywher from Google because they are havng a hard time getting my Dragon to work.
It is actually quite good. Just can’t enter Assessments.

I have one provider with an iPadPro 9.7 inch, IOS 12.3.1 who can use it to work except she is unable to create or edit telephone encounters. She can create actions and web encounters. Error message is just “An error occurred while saving telephone encounter data”. It’s just this iPad and we have uninstalled and re-installed the app. Her account will work on other iPads. Any suggestions to look into?
Is anyone else who uses EclinicalMobile having connectivity issues? It’s affecting both iPhones and Androids. We are attempting to log into the App and it just spins. After about a minute or 2, it states “Timed Out request”.
Uninstalled/reinstalled app, rebooted phones, etc. Nothing seems to work.
We use this for dictation so it’s causing frustration with the providers. It was fixed for 2 weeks and is broken again.
I think that ECW scribe + dictation through speech anywhere on the mobile app is really a great feature. It has allowed me to cut down on documentation time. However, it is not too helpful for a complex patient population who are being seen regularly. If I had one wish, it would be able to pull assessments over from the patient’s existing problem list (and not choose new assessments each visit). This would cut down a significant amount of time since the patients already have had these diagnoses in the past.
I was able to come up with a slight work around using eclinicaltouch by merging forward the past note and changing the title of “assessments” to “clinical notes” and typing my clinical notes but not able to do that on the mobile app, which I use more frequently.
Let me know if anyone has figured anything out.

Do you allow Providers or other staff to have eClinicalMobile on their personal phones? If so, do you have a process for removing the app if they depart?

I’m getting mixed information on how dictation works with eClinicalMobile. We have 1 provider currently working to trial this but we’re hitting road blocks.
Do we need another app to dictate on an iPhone with eClinicalMobile? or does it just use the phones microphone?

I have unsuccessfully tried to get help with this error. I can dictate into the correct field using the app on my Samsung S9 but when I select the scribe button to sync into the patient’s file, I get an Error 10000. Has anyone had experience with this issue or had a resolution. We have strong wifi signal here. Help is appreciated!
Is there any particular reason why only my office based appointments are showing up on the schedule in the mobile app? Is there a setting or a tweak that needs to be done to show the surgeries done at facilities? These are on the providers schedule, but I cannot see. Not sure how or if I can change. The physicians want to see their entire schedule not just the office on their phones.
We are looking at expanding usage of eclinimobile at our practice mostly for capturing images. I am wondering if anyone has feedback relating to the usability as well as security of the app.
Since the app can be installed on any device is it truly secure? Is there any way to only allow users on our local network to login? Any other security implications the group can think of?

Just recently, not clear if due to any recent upgrade, when I insert some boilerplate comment at the end of the dictation, the apostrophe has started to be an unrecognized character.
If I delete the apostrophe, the scribe works fine and the note goes to the EMR.
Anybody else having a similar problem?
Any fix?
